We offer bolt processing services using a variety of materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and brass. We have developed specialized processing solutions for different materials based on their characteristics: high-strength bolts of grade 8.8 and above are made of alloy steel and their mechanical properties are improved through heat treatment; A2-70 and A4-80 stainless steel series are selected for corrosion-resistant environments; and non-ferrous metals such as brass are considered for special working conditions. Each material undergoes rigorous mechanical property testing to ensure the tensile strength and service life of the bolts under specific working conditions.
