Equipped with high-precision gear hobbing machines, CNC gear shaping machines, and precision gear grinding equipment, we can machine various metal gears with modules of 0.5-10, diameters of φ20-φ500mm, and precision grades of ISO 6 or higher. Through optimized multi-process collaborative machining strategies, we ensure that the tooth profile error does not exceed 0.008mm, the tooth direction error is controlled within 0.006mm, and the tooth surface roughness reaches Ra0.4μm. For common types such as spur gears, helical gears, and bevel gears, we use specialized fixtures and online inspection systems to ensure the consistency and stability of mass production.
Superior Materials and Heat Treatment Processes
We select high-quality alloy steels and carbon steels such as 20CrMnTi, 40Cr, 45# steel, and 42CrMo, combining them with advanced processes such as carburizing and quenching, tempering, and high-frequency induction heating. By precisely controlling heat treatment parameters, we achieve a surface hardness of HRC58-62 while maintaining a core toughness of HRC30-35. For different operating conditions: heavy-duty transmission gears use 20CrMnTi with deep carburizing; high-speed gears use 40Cr tempered steel; and ordinary transmission gears use 45# steel with high-frequency quenching. Each solution has undergone rigorous performance testing and verification.
Advanced Processes Overcome Gear Machining Challenges
Gear machining faces technical challenges such as controlling tooth profile accuracy, correcting heat treatment deformation, and optimizing meshing noise. We effectively solve these challenges through innovative processes: using CNC forming grinding technology to control tooth profile error within 0.005mm; applying controllable heat treatment to limit deformation to within 0.015mm; and reducing transmission noise by more than 5dB through tooth surface modification and optimization processes. These technological breakthroughs ensure the stable performance of gears under high-speed, heavy-load conditions.

A2: Depends on your specific items, within 3-7 days generally.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly please provide the product drawings in PDF, if provide in STEP or IGS will be better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods are prepared, we shoot photos or videos for your check, and then you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, the commission will be added to the order. For big amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products by courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are factory direct with 17 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000m2 workshop area.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. If send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.
Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A8: Absolutely yes.
Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, we will keep them well and won't release them to the third party without your permission.
Q10: Is it possible to know the operation status of my products without visiting your company?
A10: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
Q11: If you make poor quality goods, will you refund?
