Equipped with high-precision gear hobbing machines and CNC gear shaping equipment, and employing a dedicated stainless steel machining tool system, we can machine various stainless steel pinwheels with modules of 0.5-5, diameters of φ25-φ500mm, and precision levels reaching ISO 6 or higher. Through optimized multi-axis linkage shaping processes, we ensure that the cumulative pitch error of the pinwheel teeth does not exceed 0.01mm, the radial runout of the gear ring is controlled within 0.015mm, and the tooth surface roughness reaches Ra0.6μm.
High-Quality Stainless Steel Materials and Surface Strengthening
We select high-hardness stainless steel materials such as 440C, 17-4PH, and 316L, combined with advanced surface strengthening processes such as vacuum quenching and low-temperature carburizing. By precisely controlling the heat treatment gradient, a surface hardness of HRC55-60 is achieved, while the core maintains a toughness of HRC28-35. For different operating conditions: 440C with a PVD coating is used for high wear-resistant applications; 316L with surface hardening is selected for high corrosion-resistant environments; and 17-4PH precipitation-hardening stainless steel is used for high-temperature, high-load conditions. Each solution has undergone rigorous wear and corrosion resistance testing.

We have effectively solved these challenges through innovative processes: employing low-temperature cutting and multi-axis linkage shaping technology to control tooth profile error within 0.005mm; applying electrolytic polishing to improve tooth surface roughness to Ra0.4μm; and limiting deformation to within 0.015mm through controlled atmosphere heat treatment. These technological breakthroughs ensure that the product's transmission accuracy is consistently within 1 arc minute.

A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods are prepared, we shoot photos or videos for your check, and then you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, the commission will be added to the order. For big amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products by courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are factory direct with 17 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000m2 workshop area.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. If send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, we will keep them well and won't release them to the third party without your permission.
